- When designing development solutions we believe in building a schema that informs a way of operating across many situations, and allowing individuals to apply their natural style to achieve their desired outcomes
- When assessing individuals at any level we believe in a person-centre approach first and foremost. Whilst we are experts in using psychometric tests they do not lead our thinking, rather understanding the individual forms our judgements
