Ruth is a Business Psychologist with over 10 years experience consulting on leadership assessment, talent management, training delivery and executive coaching projects. She has extensive experience working for a variety of global organisations and industries including, financial services, professional services and the public sector.
Prior to working as a consultant, Ruth held internal L&D and Talent Managment roles in within Insurance and the private sector. Ruth is particularly focused on the application of positive psychology within organisations and utilises a strengths focused approach in her work with clients around themes, and typically works on resilience, change, executive coaching and skill development projects.
Ruth has an MSc in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, and is qualified executive coach. She is also an affiliate member of the CIPD.
