Ragil Ratnam
Ragil is a highly experienced talent management and personal development professional. With over 16 years experience in both the corporate and academic working environments, Ragil’s career has spanned several continents.
He has an in-depth psychological and business focused perspective on leadership and change, and works with a variety of tools and models to find the most relevant solutions for each client. His multi-disciplinary background allows him to bring a unique and credible delivery-focused approach to coaching with Senior Executives, especially those in transition and experiencing organisational or personal change.
Prior to working with Viewpoint, Ragil worked in a variety of senior HR roles in the financial services sector including the management of assessment and recruitment teams, setting up a Learning and Development function and implementing talent management processes and strategy for a London based international financial services group.
Based in Bangkok, Thailand, Ragil is currently working with expatriates and their families in adapting to change and developing and achieving life goals and meaning. He is a certified Clinical Psychologist specialising in executive and life coaching, talent management and leadership development.
