Ellen Fletcher
Ellen is a Business Psychologist with over 15 years experience consulting organisations in leadership assessment, team development and skills training.
She has extensive experience working for a variety of global organisations and industries, including financial services, telecommunications, engineering, airlines and the public sector. Ellen typically works on large-scale assessment and development centres, team development, skills training and personal effectiveness programmes.
Ellen has a BA (Hons) degree in Psychology and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Cardiff. She is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and a master NLP practitioner.
