Beatriz El-Far Lama
Beatriz El-Far has over 15 years of experience as Human Resources Consultant leading projects in Chile and across Latin America region. She is an Executive Coach since 2004 using individual and group techniques.
Beatriz worked at Hewitt Associates for more than 7 years as a Senior HR Consultant and as Latin America Coordinator for specific projects such as Engagement Studies and Salary Increase Studies. She has also been an HR Consultant for over 7 years. Beatriz has proven results at helping organizations materialize the alignment process between their business strategy and people applying innovative and world class methodologies and tools. Among her areas of expertise are: Leadership evaluation; Coaching; Employee satisfaction/Engagement Studies; Culture and Competencies; Strategic Planning; Communications; and, Training and development of training plans.
Beatriz holds a Degree of Business Administrator (Ingeniero Comercial) and an Executive MBA from Diego Portales University (UDP- Chile). She also has a Master’s Degree on International Business Management from Escuela de Organización Industrial (EOI- Spain). Beatriz is fluent in Spanish and English.
